MACAN runs from two food trucks parked side by side. One is Steak Pita, the other Smash Burger. They are two separate kitchens with their own menus — which is why prices and sides differ depending on which side you order from.
All meat is 100% halal. Steak Pita grills entrecôte and chicken fillet over fire and serves them in sesame and black-cumin topped pita, as a salad or in baguette, with the spread, vegetables and dressing you pick yourself. Smash Burger smashes 115 g of beef hard against the plate for crispy edges.
